Vic Brown has been a commercial real estate continuously active in San Francisco Bay Area transactions since 1975. Vic focuses on marketing prime investment properties, high profile land development opportunities and leasing of office projects. Vic is a Top Producer and prior to joining HL Commercial Real Estate was associated with Orion Partners, Ltd. and Grubb & Ellis Company.
Education:
BA in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Vic has also completed numerous courses with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Significant Transactions:
Vic has successfully completed the leasing of Belvedere Place a 100,000 sq ft Class A office project in Mill Valley; San Rafael Bay Park, a 125,000 office/industrial complex in San Rafael; Digital Plaza, a 56,000 sq ft office/industrial project in Novato; Bel Center, a 34,000 Class A office building in Novato; The American Building, a 34,000 sq ft San Rafael office building; Quail Hill, a 60,000 sq ft office building in San Rafael; and a build to suit 115,000 sq ft headquarters for Autodesk, Inc. in San Rafael.
Vic has also completed several significant sale transactions, including the 34,200 sq ft Bel Center in Novato; 950 Northgate Dr a 28,000 sq ft San Rafael office building; the Supercuts Headquarters Building in San Rafael; San Rafael Business Center a 72,000 sq ft office/R&D project occupied by LucasFilm, Ltd; Vic also completed a $10 million portfolio sale of four prominent downtown San Rafael properties and a $9 million sale of the 65,000 sq ft Geister Industrial properties.
