Jay Murphy joined HL Commercial Real Estate in 1998 and specializes in office and retail leasing and investment sales. Mr. Murphy was previously associated with Grubb & Ellis Co. and was the Real Estate Officer for LucasFilm, Ltd. Jay began his real estate career in1971 and has been involved with development, leasing, sales, site acquisition and facilities management.
Jay is a fifth generation San Franciscan who has resided in Marin County since 1967.
