Mike Tokerud joined HL Commercial Real Estate as a leasing specialist in 2005 and has since completed over 100 lease and sale transactions in the office, retail, and industrial market segments. Mike’s primary focus entails office and retail sales and leasing in Marin, with an expanded focus on investments in Northern California and NNN investments nationwide.
Mike has owned investment property out of state.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Mike had a successful
career in commercial carpet sales as a Territory Manager for Shaw
Industries ( a division of Berkshire Hathaway). Mike’s career spanned three marketplaces with projects as as great as 540,000 sf.in size.
Mike has been a Marin County resident since 1972 and resides in
Mill Valley.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, San Francisco State University.
California Licensed Broker.
