Mr. Greenblat joined HL Commercial Real Estate in 1992 and has been a California licensed real estate broker since 1978. During his career Sandy has been involved with the closing of over $400 million in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining HL Commercial Sandy served as District Sales Manager for Frank Howard Allen Commercial Division and as District Manager for Grubb & Ellis Co.
Sandy has a long history of community service as an active Past President of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and has been appointed to serve on several community task forces by the City of San Rafael and County of Marin.
Sandy’s largest commercial real estate assignment was as project broker overseeing the acquisition and entitlement process for development of Fair, Isaac and Co.’s 406,000 square foot corporate headquarters. This $90 million office project ultimately became San Rafael Corporate Center and is an anchor to downtown San Rafael.
Education:
Graduated from the University of Wisconsin and extended his education through the U.S. Armed Forces Institute and UCSF extension.
