Gary Gustafson has been a California licensed Real Estate Broker since 1972. Prior to joining HL Commercial Real Estate Mr. Gustafson was President and Founder of G. Walters Company in Novato. Previously, he was an Office Manager for Frank Howard Allen & Co., and Vice President and Regional Manager of Valley of California. Gary lives in Novato and is active in City and community projects.Gary has been involved in over $180,000,000 in sale transactions and has leased over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Additionally, he has been the lead developer or project manager for over 150,000 sq ft of office space and 135 residential units.
